Terry serves as the Economic Development Manager for the city of Grand Prairie. She is responsible for the city's industrial economic development strategy and operational leadership in business development and marketing, including local industrial business retention and expansion programs, industrial business attraction, performs Economic Impact Analysis and negotiates economic development incentives, strategic business alliances and business ombudsman activities. She has over 16 years of experience in economic development with the city of Grand Prairie. Terry's background includes over 10 years in commercial real estate with a focus on the GSW Industrial Park. Terry and her husband of 24 years reside in Arlington, and have one son, Hunter, 19, who attends the School of Engineering at the University of Texas at Arlington.
